Student housing at Science Park Amsterdam

Amsterdam is one of the most popular cities in the world to live in, according to a 2007 study by Mercer Human Resources.

Science Park Amsterdam has 721 newly built student flats with an average floor area of about 30 sq.m. and basic rents starting at 300 euros. There is also short-stay accommodation available for guest lecturers and students.

The flats are situated in the East/Watergraafsmeer district, a stone’s throw from the knowledge institutions and the UvA’s Faculty of Science. Amsterdam’s city centre is within easy reach by bicycle and public transport. The student flats are managed by DUWO Student Housing.
